FOR A SEAMLESS ELEARNING EXPERIENCE:

 

 1.     USE A COMPATIBLE BROWSER:

·        Use Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Opera

·        If using a mobile device, either launch the course directly from the browser or search for “Talent LMS” in the app store

2.     UPDATE YOUR BROWSER:

·        Whenever an older browser is detected, you will be prompted to update

·        If network security settings block the update, try using a different browser or contact your network administrator to allow for an exception

·        Visit the browser’s support page for instructions on updating

3.     ENABLE THIRD-PARTY COOKIES AND POP-UPS:

·        If either are blocked you are likely to experience issues such as missing buttons, excessive lag time, course not resuming, videos not playing and/or inaccurate progress tracking

·        Locate the "Privacy & Security" options within your browser's Settings menu and click "always allow" for pop-ups and “enable” for third-party cookies

4.     INSTALL AN EREADER APP TO VIEW EBOOKS:

·        You must have an eReader app on your device to open an eBook

·        Click here to download Calibre, afree eReader app

5.     DOWNLOAD COURSE COMPLETION CERTIFICATES:

·        To download your certificate after completing a course:

o   Locate the drop-down menu on the top toolbar that appears to the left of your name

o   Select “My Certification”

o   Click on the circular icon under “Options” (right side of the table)
